We offer professional inkjet photo papers and related printing media.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We make every effort to display colors and textures accurately, but actual results may vary depending on monitor settings and printing equipment.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (or your store currency) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

• Incorrect pricing
• Product unavailability
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity

5. Payment

We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout (e.g., card, PayPal, bank transfer).

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

8. Returns & Defective Products

If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos of the damaged product, original packaging, and your order number.

If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product or refund the purchase amount.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of business or profit, or improper use of products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
