We recommend performing tests with your printer before producing large print runs to ensure the device is compatible with Katana products and that the final result meets your expectations.
All durability estimates are provided for informational purposes only, and due to the many factors that influence the longevity of printed images, Factor Bulgaria Ltd. does not provide any direct or indirect warranties.
If a Katana product does not meet your expectations and requirements, Factor Bulgaria Ltd commits to replacing it with another product of the same type or refunding the amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
