Direct EU Logistics
As a European company based and operated entirely out of Bulgaria, we manage the entire brand and distribution process directly from here. This eliminates complex middleman layers and overseas logistics, ensuring rapid restocking and zero customs hassle.
Technical Infrastructure
We provide immediate access to precision-engineered ICC profiles for major wide-format and desktop photo systems. This guarantees perfect printing results from day one and minimizes technical support overhead.

Terms and Conditions for Special Distributor Pricing
- MOQ 5000 EUR (mixed items)
- Free delivery for orders of 10000 EUR (mixed items) and above
- Minimal Annual Turnover - 20000 EUR
- Exclusivity:
- All media included in the offer must be kept in stock, even if in small quantities.
- At least 30000 EUR turnover for the first year (depending on the region).
- At least 50000 EUR turnover for the second year (depending on the region).
- At least 10% turnover increase for each consecutive year.
- All products presented on Distributor's webshop, in the local language for fast and convenient online purchases.
- Official retail prices listed on the distributor's website must not be lower than those on katana-paper.com.
- Next day delivery for all webshop orders placed before 15:00.
- Live activities for building and strengthening of a Katana community (yearly plan).
- Annual marketing plan.
- At least one physical shop/showroom where Katana papers are displayed and well-presented.
- Building relationships with famous local artists as Katana ambassadors and friends/partners.
- Participation in at least one major local trade show with a well-arranged stand and a Katana promotion.
- No competitive brands in the product portfolio.
- No private labels allowed - only Katana branded, with the Exclusive Distributor's logo incorporated into the label.
WHEN AN EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR IS APPOINTED FOR A SPECIFIC TERRITORY, ALL OTHER DISTRIBUTORS WITHIN THAT TERRITORY CAN ONLY PURCHASE FROM THIS EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR.
